At TenTek, we know our consultants are our best source for finding outstanding people to meet our clients’ needs. We offer a bonus program for individuals who refer successful new talent to our team.
Consultants who make successful referrals are eligible for the following bonuses:
- Permanent: Earn a referral bonus of up to $2,000 if the referred candidate is placed in a permanent role. Bonus will be issued after the candidate successfully completes 90 days in the new role.
- Contract: Earn a bonus for referrals successfully placed in a contract role. ½ the bonus will be issued after the candidate successfully completes 90 days on the job and the final ½ after the candidate successfully completes 180 days on the job.
Final bonus calculation and distribution will be determined by TenTek recruiters and account managers. Amounts that exceed the above limits are subject to leadership approval.
Bonuses are calculated and issued based on the following eligibility requirements:
- Candidates must be placed within six months of the referral date.
- Candidates must not have been contacted by TenTek within six months prior to the referral date.
- Candidates must not currently be working for a TenTek client. Exceptions can be made for people who have been laid off or are ending a contract assignment.
New Business Referral Program:
TenTek also offers bonuses for consultants who help us connect with new clients. These bonuses will be addressed, calculated and issued on a case-by-case basis.
