Referral Bonus

The intent of TenTek's referral program is to encourage consultants to introduce us to quality candidates and potential clients. Consultants are one of our best sources for finding outstanding individuals, and we want to reward them for helping us meet our clients' resource needs.


Candidate Referrals 

Incentives apply to the positions that TenTek Account Managers and Recruiters are trying to fill. When a consultant helps us locate a candidate who is successfully placed, the consultant will  be rewarded on the following basis:

Permanent - Earn a referral fee up to $2,000 when you refer a candidate to us who we successfully place in one of our listed job opportunities. Payment will be made when the candidate has successfully completed 90 days in the position.
Contract - Earn a referral fee up to $1,000 when you refer a candidate to us who we successfully place in one of our listed job opportunities. Payment will be made when the candidate has successfully completed 30 days on the assignment (payment may be distributed over a longer period for larger amounts).

Specific amounts will be determined by Recruiters and Account Managers; amounts which exceed the guideline above require Allen Teng's approval.


Candidate Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be placed within six months of the referral date.

Candidates must be someone TenTek has not contacted for six months prior to the referral date.

Candidates must not be working for one of TenTek's current clients; exceptions would include persons ending a contract assignment; being laid off; etc.


New Business Referrals

Incentives apply when a consultant helps us establish new clients (companies, or managers within companies) that result in additional business for TenTek.
